Ok so we all know what the majority of New Years Resolutions are going to be this year right? Lose weight and get in shape, so most of you are going to run out and find a gym, go to the store buy all of the healthy organic foods and find a way to make it all work to lose weight. Well I am here to tell you STOP!!! You are creating a recipe for disaster.
Think about it as if you are baking a cake. First, you collect the ingredients...in your case it would be tools to help you accomplish your weight loss goals. Then you need the most CRITICAL step thatEVERYONE leaves out. You need a foundation.....you need substance to make that cake stand on it's own. Without a foundation how will you build a healthy long lasting lifestyle?
Now foundations are made by building good habits, for example when baking a cake you know to preheat the oven, keep the kitchen clean, combine all necessary dry and wet ingredients accordingly and so on. The same thing goes when you are building a healthy lifestyle, you have to break the bad habits of sitting on the couch, not being active and not having a written plan or idea of how to make this lifestyle work for you.
Most people think they know how to lose weight and that's fine by all means if you want to skip the work and go into a diet blindly to not have permanent results and enjoy yo-yo dieting please be my guest. I am sure most of you prefer to create less work for yourself though and do it once, the right way, and see results.
I am not here to tell you what to do and I know with the holidays here it makes it tough for most to start anything until the holidays are over, I get it I have many things going on with the holidays myself. I am here however, to ASK you to contact me when you are ready, whenever that may be. I want to help you not just lose weight, I want to help you change your life for good. I want to be right there with you to help you come up with not just any plan for weight loss and fitness but a customized plan that is easy enough to fit into your schedule and easy enough for you to keep up with on a day to day basis based on YOUR lifestyle. I can give you tips, show you options, and open your eyes to a whole new concept of lifestyle change and adjust it any which way to accomodate your needs, but I can't do it until you make the first step in contacting me. Let me help, I don't want to sit back and watch you do the work like most fitness professionals, I don't want to charge anyone a ridiculous amount to make it impossible for them to reach their goals and give up half way through their journey, I want to work WITH you, workoutWITH you, go grocery shopping, and prepare meals WITH you to get you on the road to success.
